.. Here is a tidbit fresh tuna, breaded with sesame and pan seared for a few minutes on both sides.
With balsamic glaze I drew a sign zig zag saucer in Domino called me "TAO".
still hot, I placed the cube of tuna in the widest part of the dish, seasoned with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
