Sticks Pear and Chocolate Coffee SELETTI




After preparing the stuffed breadsticks
I had advanced a roll of puff pastry ... so at a family dinner I decided to revolutionize the recipe for a cake fast, and chip chic!

archcook Ingredients:

pastry
chocolate chips
1 ripe pear
5 quail eggs 250g mascarpone
1 tablespoon sugar
sugar


The procedure is the same for salted bread sticks:

- spread the dough (Passing time with a rolling pin)
- brush the dough with 1 beaten egg

in the meantime:
After cutting into small pieces pears, cook
few minutes with a knob of butter, to
evaporate most of the water.


- distribute the pear and chocolate chips on half sheet
- close like a calzone
- wipe gently with a rolling pin over the crescent
- press the edges
- cut into strips the crescent
- give the shape you prefer: swivels , ribs, spirals
- oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes


Mascarpone Cream fluid :

- beat the 4 egg yolks with the sugar
- add the mascarpone
- beat the egg whites until stiff
- add brandy to taste
- stir gently







Here's my favorite part ... the presentation of the dessert

On Muji rectangular plates, pour a tablespoon of mascarpone to one of the two short sides of the plate, sticks, resting on the opposite side, are slightly finally drowned in cream enriched with a few drops of chocolate.

I finished with a dusting of icing sugar!
